2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been made, we will arrange shipment within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and EU statutory holidays). Shipping time may be extended in the following circumstances:
Incomplete or inaccurate order information requires further confirmation;
The fabric product purchased is custom-made and must be manufactured to your specific requirements;
Force Majeure events such as natural disasters or strikes at logistics hubs.
If shipping is delayed due to any of the above reasons, we will promptly notify you by email and provide an estimated shipping time.
3. Shipping Time
From the time fabric products are shipped from our warehouse, shipping time to destinations within the EU is 20-40 business days (excluding the day of shipment and weekends and statutory holidays during transportation). Shipping times may fluctuate due to the following factors:
Destination: Shipping times to remote areas may be longer.
Logistics: Shipping times may vary depending on logistics partners and shipping routes.
Customs clearance: Customs clearance procedures and efficiency vary across EU countries, and delays may extend shipping times.
Force majeure: Unforeseen and irresistible factors such as inclement weather, traffic congestion, and epidemics.
We will do our best to ensure product delivery on schedule. However, if shipping is delayed due to the above factors, we will promptly notify you of the situation and estimated delivery time via email.
4. Shipping Responsibility
Products are rigorously inspected and packaged before shipment to ensure the fabric is intact. Once the product is delivered to our partnered carrier, the responsibility for the goods during transportation transfers to the carrier.
If you discover that the product is damaged, missing, or not as ordered upon delivery, please raise the issue with the delivery person immediately and request written verification. Please also contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will negotiate with the shipping carrier on a case-by-case basis to provide you with a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.
If the shipment is lost due to the carrier's fault, we will assist you in claiming compensation from the carrier and, at your option, arrange for a replacement or full refund.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as the weight, volume, shipping destination, and selected shipping method of your fabric product. The specific cost will be displayed in your order information during checkout.

After shipment, we will email you a tracking number and link. You can use this link to monitor the shipment status in real time. If you encounter any issues during tracking, please contact us or the shipping carrier at any time.
7. Shipping Information
Please accurately provide your shipping address, contact person, and phone number when placing your order. If your shipment is undelivered, delayed, or returned due to inaccurate or incomplete delivery information, you will be responsible for any additional costs (such as return shipping and reshipping fees).
