Refund policy
1. Return Rights Overview
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, consumers in the EU have a 14-day right to return fabric products for any reason from the date they were received. This period begins the day after you (or your designated recipient) actually receive the product. During this period, you may return the product for a full refund, subject to the return conditions set forth in these Terms.
2. Return Conditions
Product Condition: Fabric products must be returned in unused condition. While you may inspect the product to determine its nature or characteristics, the product must not have been cut, washed, dyed, sewn, or otherwise processed or damaged. The original packaging and all labels attached to the product must be intact.
Return Notice: If you decide to exercise your return right, you must notify us of your decision by emailing [email protected] using the contact information provided. Please clearly state your intention to return the product and provide your order number and relevant details. Please ensure that your return notice is submitted before the expiration of the 14-day return period. After we receive your return notification, we will send you a confirmation email. Please retain this email as proof of your return request.
Return Exclusivity: Each order can only be returned once. Therefore, please carefully inspect all items in your order before submitting a return request to ensure you agree to the return of the entire order.
3. Non-Returnable Circumstances
Damaged Products: If the product is damaged due to misuse, washing, ironing, or other reasons not related to the product's inherent quality, we will not be able to accept the return request and the return rights will be void.
Fabric Samples: If you place an order for fabric without ordering fabric samples, a 15% surcharge may apply upon return, including any associated shipping or pickup fees. We recommend that you request fabric samples before purchasing to ensure the fabric meets your needs, as images on our website may not fully reflect the actual fabric.
4. Shipping Costs
Generally, you are responsible for shipping costs for returns. However, if the return is due to our fault, such as incorrect shipment or product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. When returning the product, please keep your shipping payment receipt. If we qualify for shipping costs, you can submit this receipt with your refund request, and we will adjust the shipping costs accordingly.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it meets the return requirements, we will process and issue a refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used to purchase the order. For example, if you paid with a credit card, the refund will be issued to your credit card account; if you paid with a third-party payment platform like PayPal, the refund will be issued to your third-party payment account.
In some cases, we may not issue a refund until we receive the returned product or you provide proof of return, whichever comes first. If you cancel your order before delivery, we will issue a refund within 14 days of your cancellation.
6. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a fabric product, your exchange request will be treated as a return. We will process a refund according to the above return terms, and you will need to place a new order for the product you wish to exchange. As inventory availability is subject to change, we recommend that you confirm availability before requesting an exchange to ensure timely delivery of your desired fabric.
